as far as Kitchen & 4 day weeks. Think of how many kids will only get 4 good meals a week (well, 8 because they get breakfast, too) if they go to 4-day weeks.
I teach in a quite poor school area...over 60% of our students is on free/reduced lunches. And even though we've had budget cuts (we no longer have "bars"..a second option--like pizza bar, nacho bar, potato bar, salad bar), we still serve very good lunches (I eat almost every day @ $2.75 a pop).

They have been known to give discounts, but not if you ask for it.
