We're supposed to have a cold front move in this weekend. I still haven't figured out what a "Cold Front" is here in Texas. Its been 90 some degrees here all week. I can only hope that the 80's is a cold front.

Had a great time at dinner! I felt bad though, I got in the car and realized it was 8:30, I had been gone for 3 hours and DH of course didn't make it home, so it was just Jordyn and Emma at home.

I told Jordyn I owed her a pedicure and manicure Sunday now!

12 1/2 days of school for Gabby.Although I did tell her she can miss next Friday because it is olympic day and she hates olympic day.She just ends up getting sunburned,a headache and dehydrated, because they are not allowed to use the water fountains and they have to buy water since it is afund faiser for the student govt.Anyway there are no classes that day so I told GAb she could miss.

if it were possible, I'd have Aly miss that, too.

She is still upset she had to go to school yesterday, though. She was exempt from those 2 finals and wouldn't be counted absent, but she couldn't stay home alone with me 45 minutes away. She wouldn't want to anyway, she just expected one of us to not work.

the 80s will be a nice break! 81* Monday, but up to 86* Tuesday and getting hotter each day.

I've been forgetting to put up the sun visor in my car. You should see the heat rolling out the car when I open the door! Aly remembered this morning & reminded me. Wow, what a difference it makes!

I still won't leave Gab home alone unless I am only 10 or at the most 15 mins away.I gusee Gabby hates olympic or field day too.The water thing really annoys me,plus they MAKe the kids do all the stations and they don't care how hot it is.They really should have a water tent where they are giving the kids water whenever they want it,not making them buy water a $1 a bottle.Plus the

I looked it up, apparently its supposed to be 75 on Sunday and possible showers, and then mid to high 80's all next week.

Heck, to me a cold front is 60, but I guess that's just the Michigander in me.

Its funny, whenever we get in the car on a sunny day now, Emma will look around and yell SUN SUN. She wants her sunglasses to put on so the sun isn't shining in her eyes. LOL!
