DYK Thread for May

**For those uncertain to what a DYK thread is......**

DYK stands for Did You Know or Do You Know

It is simply a chit chat thread where every thought is written in sentences and each sentences starts with the initials DYK---it is fun, entertaining and a great way to meet the board members

We used to always drive to FL at night until the year Gabby turned 5,she was up the entire night. She was well behaved she just decided she did not want to sleep in the car anymore. Also make sure bendryl makes them sleep.Cold meds used to make Gabby bounce off the walls.Although I never gave her bendryl.I always had it just in case, but I always pitched a full bottle once it expired.

Michael might have other ideas besides Benadryl, LOL

That's just what I thought of off the top of my head

He's the pharmaceutical wizard, not me ;)

Is that terrible to drug your kids? LOL

I figure they'll be happier drugged than not, but their dad may disagree

Maybe Dramamine

That covers the motion sickness aspect, too

I know that used to knock Matthew out because he used to get car sick and Michael would give it to him before long trips

I don't think it is bad,it just that when Gab was a toddler the stuff made her hyper. That is a really long flight for young kids though.
