DYK Thread for April

**For those uncertain to what a DYK thread is......**

DYK stands for Did You Know or Do You Know

It is simply a chit chat thread where every thought is written in sentences and each sentences starts with the initials DYK---it is fun, entertaining and a great way to meet the board members

Below are some fun DYK blinkies--feel free to snag any if you like:

DH called me after class. He was going to the gym.

I asked him hadn't he went earlier in the day, if not what the heck did he do all afternoon?

he said yes he did, he played basketball and did cardio.

But he has decided to do cardio twice a day because his stomach looks like a deflated beach ball. Ya, sure, whatever says the pregnant lady...

Apparently our talk this weekend about making better choices with his non-work/school time lasted all of 3 days. Ugh!

I'm going to try to stay awake until 9pm. America's Next Top Model is on at 8 and I want to watch it. I miss having Ang here to give me the spoiler of who went home before I watch it.

I should probably stop complaining about DH so often.

I said I was going to try and lighten up about things and stop stressing out about everything all the time.

Plus, you guys are probably sick and tired of listening to me b$$$h all the time.

It has somethingto do with the church bells not ringing from tonight or tomorrow night and they they will ring again on Easter morning. The French teache ris always telling Gabby about all these fun French traditions that she then wants me to do.Not sure how much I want to spend on chocolate bells. She also informed me she will not eat a chocolate bunny.I might have some Christmas candy molds with bells so maybe I can make her chocolate bells.

I applied for a summer school 4th grade math position for LEAP remediation (students who failed the test and have to re-take it in the summer and pass if they want to move on to 5th grade, or 9th grade if it's 8th graders).

It's at a school about a little farther away than my current school, so it'll be a drive.

I also sent an e-mail to 2 school board somethings (I don't know their titles) about schools that will be doing it closer to home.

I would only be willing to do math 4th or 8th grade (there were some high school positions at the school I applied...no thanks!).

That's a good idea too. I never had christmas bell molds.

I think most of my candy molds either got left in Michigan or mysteriously disappeared from the apartment during the last move...
