DYK Thread for JULY

**For those uncertain to what a DYK thread is......**

DYK stands for Did You Know or Do You Know

It is simply a chit chat thread where every thought is written in sentences and each sentences starts with the initials DYK---it is fun, entertaining and a great way to meet the board members

Below are some fun DYK blinkies--feel free to snag any if you like:

Didn't Eli go to Ole Miss, too? I think Peyton went to Tennessee. Neither went to LSU.

I need to start planning when I'm going to get up to the school.

got my first week lesson plans done, but need to work on the next few weeks.

won't change much from last year, though....It's an introductory to science investigation, but then again, these students will probably be better-prepared--it's the first year I'll have students who have done lab reports already.

I still have to teach them MY format, though...which is a little bit different due to differences in grading and higher expectations. They have to "kick it up a notch"..lol.

I made between $60 & $70 at garage sale. SIL wasn't sure of exact amount, but has it paper-clipped together at her house.

We went see Harry Potter today. Enjoyed it. Except for the crashing waves at about 2 hours in--knew it was a long movie, and went to the bathroom JUST before...but having had a Coke in the morning and a Coke during the movie (and that time of month), I couldn't hold it--I had to leave the movie.

The movie was long, and I thought hard to follow if you hadn't read the book.
