Oh yes, because HR area has one main road basically that's a bottleneck....DH sometimes goes to Norfolk for travel since he works for the Navy.

they can if an adult goes with them. but im sure enforcing this law is a different story....so im sure it does go on..lol

i live on the outskirts of a major city and we have to abide by those laws....but like i said im sure its not enforced easily or strict.....so im sure lots still do it.

we carpooled alot... in fact i took my brother to his games and picked him up from practice also.... i did alot of taxi driving for my parents... im sure it hurts most family's.

we had restrictions similar to that when I got my license...don't remember the exact times...I think it was before midnight.

And you couldn't work past 10:30 if you were under 18..that was a child labor law...I would always get the 4-10:30 shift.
