DYK Thread for JULY

**For those uncertain to what a DYK thread is......**

DYK stands for Did You Know or Do You Know

It is simply a chit chat thread where every thought is written in sentences and each sentences starts with the initials DYK---it is fun, entertaining and a great way to meet the board members

Below are some fun DYK blinkies--feel free to snag any if you like:

I would guess they are relaying on parents to enforce it for the most part.

DYK I'm listening to a conference call...my boss arrived at the meeting 10 min late & just showed up ;-)

DYK DH already finished his interview, he left me a voicemail at 9:15 so I think it was at 8:30. He said he'd call at lunch & give me all the details.

they are mostly Catholic..but you can find a Catholic church anywhere in south Louisiana. They were here mostly for work...which was mostly cane fields.

The Vietnamese tend to actually attend Catholic schools for the most part. So they tend to live where there are more Catholic schools...not all churches have a school and many students travel (up to an hour) to go to Catholic schools. We did have 2 students (brother/sister) this past year that were Vietnamese. I didn't teach either of them, but if they are still here, I will have the brother this year.
