DYK Thread for September

**For those uncertain to what a DYK thread is......**

DYK stands for Did You Know or Do You Know

It is simply a chit chat thread where every thought is written in sentences and each sentences starts with the initials DYK---it is fun, entertaining and a great way to meet the board members

Below are some fun DYK blinkies--feel free to snag any if you like:

DYK Rach started doing all her own laundry last yr, at age 12. I figure she was old enough to operate the washing machine by herself.

DYK does anyone else have a very hard time navigating around or not click some of the large pop up ads that cover most of your screen and the area where you type as well that have returned?

DYK I wonder how much ironing everyone does. Lately I have seen more people (adults and children) in attire I think necessary to iron but they clearly don't.

DYK Amy related a story of two girls in her class who are stuck together - as in they can never be separated.

DYK consumerism is prevalent wherever we go (not that I agree with the mentality but it does make the ads here a bit more palatable)
