You are not wrong to feel the way you do.Can't they see a movie everyone will be happy with?Gabby does see pg 13 movies, but she is two years older than Sherina. However that isn't the point if Gab had a friend whose mom did not want her to see those movies I would respect the moms wishes.Dh should respect your wishes. Not that I have ever seen any of the Medea movis as they look like the kind of humor I do not find funny.Gabby has not seen them either.I always think it is safest to go with the most conservative view when it comes to tv and movie viewing.DH and I are pretty much on the same page and since Gab is almost 13 I am not very strict about what I let her watch anymore, but that is my choice, just like it is your choice not to have Sherina exposed to certain movies dh and his sister should respect that.
we're going to miss my nephews' birthday party. And I didn't put the apostrophe in the wrong place--it's ONE birthday party for TWO nephews. They are 3 days apart on birthdays (and 3 years apart on age). They are brothers (ages 2 & 5).
Anyway, their party is the same day that I just spent $200 on tickets to see Wicked!

and I did get access into my hotel account, but I don't have enough points to get THAT room free--I needed 12000 and had 11600+.
I thought that since it was 89.99 for the room, that I would need 8999 points, but apparently it doesn't work that way.
But if we do decide to go somewhere the day before, we might have enough points to get that room free.
