DYK Thread for February

**For those uncertain to what a DYK thread is......**

DYK stands for Did You Know or Do You Know

It is simply a chit chat thread where every thought is written in sentences and each sentences starts with the initials DYK---it is fun, entertaining and a great way to meet the board members

Below are some fun DYK blinkies--feel free to snag any if you like:

I know I'm way behind, but I have been told to try Saucony.

I still haven't made it to the Nike outlet, so I will probably look at Saucony at Academy soon.

I can't stand The Bee Movie!

Zoe's been asking to watch it lately and I keep trying to find something else to distract her with.

I think it's going to mysteriously get lost soon....

LOL about giving up wearing flats!

That's funny!

But it's also so Gabby :)

Although since she seems to wear heels a lot as it is, maybe she should give those up instead.

Or pick a few pairs of shoes and only wear those few pair during Lent.

Abby loved Little Bear and Franklin.

I remember there was a small toy store in San Antonio that was supposed to have big Franklin floor puzzles really cheap, and I went to get one for her Easter basket one year.

They didn't have any, of course.

She did get a Little Bear that talked.

We had a bunch of the Franklin books too, and a couple Little Bear books.

We've never seen it, and I don't have any intention to.

I was just looking at that schedule and saw that Mamma Mia is coming to Austin in June.

I might have to see about getting tickets for that, the girls would love it.

I got permission from the 4-H leader to be Aly's scribe for the 4-H book. She has to answer the questions, but I'll write the answers for her. Otherwise, I don't see it happening. But it's not like she's had the book since the fall AND it required so much. Nobody at school (involved in 4-H) believes me that this project book required her to do ALL of the activities.
