its friday time to catch up on all those dyk..........lol Not much else. Working today again......I do that all week. I have that halloween party to get ready for on Saturday. Sleep over six girls....wont that be fun. I have to clean my house..... other than that we are headed to the symphony tonight... nothing else dinner out...though. should be fun.........
Well, I'm home early. I have a nasty cluster headache over my left eye. I hung around work to make sure our panic project was finished then I left. Suddenly the last 3 months when I get my period I get this headache. It feels like someone is driving a pick into my head right over my left eyebrow. Took Advil liquigel but its still there. I also felt nauseus in the car on the way home. Blech. Once I catch up on the boards I'm going to lie down and watch daytime TV (that should make me feel more nauseous LOL).
I had a meeting at Kristen's school this morning. Looks like I'm one of three parents helping to organize the ski club. Last year they cancelled because there was hardly enough snow here. They had it every Wed. night for several weeks. It was hard to get teachers to commit to that because they needed about 6 teachers each time. I told them I can't do Wed. (riding lessons) but then we said maybe we'll do a couple of winter fun days where they can choose cross country, downhill or snow shoeing and the kids who aren't allowed by parents to leave can do winter fun stuff at the school. Possibly combined with a couple of night skiing trips. So two other Mom's and I showed up and we'll help out if the teacher's decide to go ahead. Nothing like diving right into the new school. The principal is really nice. I liked his style, he's very collaborative, not authoritative, so seems like a good year.
Kristen's off to her Dad's tonight. I am going to get my hair cut at 8:00. It needed cut two weeks ago but I knew I was going away mid-Nov. so wanted to wait until closer. It has crossed the line as far as manageable goes. Need to finish some laundry but I'm taking it easy tonight.
I'm glad it's friday!
Today- Work/cheer practice/high school football game
The football game is the rival game "Battle of the Bridge" between us and the town next door, should be a good game.
Happy Friday!
I'm baking cookies for the Monster Ball Halloween dance today after school.
We have a half day of school today so the kids are getting haircuts!
