Chicken Cordon Bleu is a chicken breast stuffed with ham and cheese (swiss usually) then baked. I think its sometimes in a crumb crust like shake-and-bake but classier. Its very yummy.
The other is steak with bleu cheese which I detest because I don't voluntarily eat mold. ;-P Its also got a very strong flavour usually.
As for the writing, I noticed after all the years we spend harping on our kids about cursive and penmanship, most of us seem to write with some kind of weird hybrid of printing and writing. So why do we care about cursive so much? Especially today my DD rarely "writes" anything for class, she does all her answers on a computer except for tests obviously. Seems to be a dying art perhaps.

Should've asked before I posted, but what's chicken Cordon Bleu anyway?
I think filet mignon is steak, isn't it?
