forgot to answer when hannah get up on weekends. If she doesn't have a soccer game she sleeps in until 11 or so. If she has a soccer game it's until 10.

My alarm rings at 3:45...I get up sometime after that. I have to be at work at 6:00 and I live an hour or so away....I drive for 30 mins and take the train for 40 mins.

I am home at 3:30 to get my kids off the bus though....THEY are why I do it.

You are a crazy woman! We are not judging you! We are ENVYING you...or at least I am. I WISH any one of my kids could wake themselves up, get ready etc by themselves.

We are well on our way though. DH wakes them up but they dress themselves (we pick out clothes the night before) , make breakfast and are ready by 8:15- which is when DH is ready to take them to school.

Go Jessi! She sounds so independent!

I use to work downtown seattle for a brokerage firm. I would get up 4:30, take bus in so i could be there by 6. I got off at 2:30. I couldn't believe i did that with a newborn. I would get up in the middle of the night and feed her and then a few hours later get up for work. Thank the lord she started sleeping thru the night at 5 weeks.

1. How late do you sleep in on the weekends, compared to during the week?
What about your tween/teen? I sleep until 8 or 9 on the weekends, my son could sleep much, much later. We get up around 6:00 during the week.

2. What did you wear to bed last night? What about your tween/teen? We both wore tee shirts and pajama pants.

3. When was the last time you went shopping and spent over $100? Just the other week, I bought a new vacuum cleaner, a Dyson.

4. Do you have a cell phone and if so, what is your current ring tone? I have a cell phone and my ring tone is a Ramones song called "I Wanna Be Sedated" I also have "Rockaway Beach" as a ring tone.

5. What's for dinner tonight? Roasted chicken, acorn sqaush, corn and rice.

I can see that the benefits are worth you getting up super early. It's nice that you are able to be at home when your children get there.
I once had a job where I had to be at work at 4am some mornings. I am not a 'morning person', but did it because the money was good, plus I got off of work at 1pm.
I'm currently looking for a job. I haven't thought about pursuing an early morning job. It would be hard for me to leave Quinn alone in the mornings. He would have to get himself up, fix his own breakfast & get out the door by 6:30am all by himself. I know he could do it, but I worry if it would be safe for him.
