1. How many Christmas Cards did you send out? With our without a picture? A holiday letter?

I sent out probably about 30 this year, including the card exchange. No pictures in any of them (school photos were in my stolen bag), I did send a letter. This was the first year I sent a letter, but with the two moves and the baby on the way I needed to catch up everybody on current events.

2. How many Christmas Cards have you received? Where do you keep/put your Christmas Cards when you receive them?

I have received the ones from all the girls on this board in the exchange, and then about 4 others from relatives and friends. I have a feeling a bunch went to our old address and the post office there seems to take its sweet old time forwarding things to the new address.

3. Do you wrap the gifts that go in the stockings or leave them unwrapped?

Depends on what it is, mostly wrapped, but candy doesn't get wrapped.

4. Did you do the majority of your Christmas shopping online or at the stores this year?

about 1/2 and 1/2 this year. All the online stuff was shipped to my parents house so I wouldn't have to pack them for the plane ride.

5. Did you do any holiday baking this year? What all did you end up baking? Was it more or less than you normally do?

Yep, I listed it all in the other thread on the baking topic. We actually did less this year than normal and the humidity here in Texas messed up some of my chocolate stuff and it didn't really turn out well.

1. How many Christmas Cards did you send out? With our without a picture? A holiday letter?

I mailed out about 25, all with pictures (some of just Aly, some of our family on a recent trip to Colorado). No holiday letter, but I did write notes in most of the cards.

2. How many Christmas Cards have you received? Where do you keep/put your Christmas Cards when you receive them?

I've received about 19, but that includes the cards I received at school (from students & other teachers). I put them in a pretty metal gift-bag (if that makes any sense)...it looks like a gift bag but it's metal and has a frosted glass front.

3. Do you wrap the gifts that go in the stockings or leave them unwrapped?

Stocking stuffers themselves are unwrapped, although occasionally Santa will slip in wrapped small gifts just to fill it out.

4. Did you do the majority of your Christmas shopping online or at the stores this year?

Although I have done online shopping in the past, I did it all at stores this year.

5. Did you do any holiday baking this year? What all did you end up baking? Was it more or less than you normally do?

So far, I've baked sugar cookies, white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, and Reese's cookies. I still haven't done my favorite cookies yet (black-and-white chocolate chip cookies) and if I get my house cleaned before 3-4 pm, I would like to do them today. I also have a box of fudge mix (I guess?) that I will probably do in between Christmas & New Year's.

Thanks Caroline!

I visited about a week ago (last weekend) and y'all had almost 2000 new posts since my visit when I came back today. That's not slow...lol! Hoping I can keep up! Jan 2--vacation over for me!

Sent out mostly photo cards with letters, 100-120

I have not counted how many we got, but I think it's less than we sent. Pretty sure of that.

I leave stocking gifts unwrapped, Dh wraps anything he puts in stockings

I shop online, I hate malls and stores and shopping

No baking.

1. We only sent about 20 cards this year. They all had a picture but no letter this year.

2. We have received about 25 cards. We have a snowman decoration that has ribbons hanging downand we attach the cards to the ribbons. Pictures and letters are on top of the fireplace.

3. They get left unwrapped. Santa is very lazy. ;-)

4. I got most of it in stores though there were a couple of things I had to get online because the weren't available in stores.

5. I baked butterscotch confetti squares, chocolate chip cookies,
