I'm working at Hannah's school again today. Tonight she has a softball playoff game. It's at 8:00, yuck. If they win tonight, she'll have a game tomorrow. In-between games DH and I have to drop stuff off at the dump. We're getting rid of junk. :)
good morning. Have a great day. My day is not going so well but thats a Friday for you. Take care, not much going on here. I just want to stand by and watch the world go by.
DH is taking the girls to the evening lacrosse camp today so I get a rest from that additional commute. Plus its suppose to be 96 & humid so it feels like 100 -- I told DH to bring plenty of ice as well as liquids. I may tell him to bring an umbrella for shade also...Jamie has had trouble breathing before when she gets overheated.
We host Japanese High School students that come to a local college for 6-8 weeks twice a year. The girls we had in the fall sent us some candy and other foods at Christmas. We got a strawberry kit kat. Shaina liked it since she's not a chocoalte person, but I prefer the chocolate. My girls really like the pocky sticks they send. We found them at Wal-Mart and at an International Grocery store in Ohio. I hope Kristen enjoys her tasting!
We love Pocky. I like the ones with coconut all over them. We have quite a few asian markets here that sell them and even our supermarket has the basic flavours. Ex brought back the strawberry KitKat last year. They have some weird flavours in general worldwide. If you ever google "kitkat flavours" you get some weird stuff, the green tea, curry, you name it. She loves Pinkies too which are these tiny minty candies. So I'm anxious to see what the flavours were this year. As long as its not fish or seaweed. LOL
