Good morning ladies! Things are running relatively smoothly so far today. Continued work on a project today, and possibly errands at lunch time. Nothing planned for tonight. Jordyn has a basketball game she's cheering at.
Tomorrow, 2 birthday parties to attend. Jordyn has practice from 10-12, then Emma has a party starting at 12:30 I have to drop her off at, double back to drop Madison off with Jordyn so Jordyn can take her to her party at 2. Go back to pick up Emma and then head over to Madison's party as the birthday girl for Madison's party has an older sister in class with Emma and they wanted Emma to attend also! Boy, and I thought we were years away from schedule conflicts with the little girls!! I'm glad Jordyn's able to help with this one. Then, the Lions/Saints game Saturday night, first round of the playoffs!!
Nothing going on Sunday that I know of. Most likely cleaning, laundry, etc. around the house and DH's paperwork and invoicing. Jordyn has practice from 6-8, and I think she's working from 5-6 also.
Morning all! We have had a dusting of snow which melted long ago. I'm not complaining but a little bit would be better for my frame of mind than the brown that rules the landscape right now.
Hectic, scattered weekend ahead. Tonight Evan has an away swim meet so he left at 7:30 this morning and I won't see him until 8:30 or so tonight. Shoot! I just realized that he was supposed to go to varsity practice at 5:50 this morning and none of us remembered. He's not swimming varsity this season so it's not as bad as it could be but it's not a good thing. Megan didn't go to orchestra rehearsal this before school this morning because she's got a bad cold and needed the sleep. After school she and a friend are getting together to work on a Science Expo project.
Saturday Evan has another away meet and Megan has a meet about an hour away. Thank goodness she's swimming in the afternoon and we don't have to get up at o'dark hundred. She's swimming two 100s and 2 50s.
Sunday Evan has some time to get himself ready for finals in the morning and then he's meeting with the Latin tutor in the early evening. Megan has day two of the swim meet. Again, some 100s and some 50s. She's doing distance events in a few weeks.
Dh wants to go to a martial arts seminar tonight and party tomorrow night. My sick self and I get to stay home and deal with the kids. woo hoo! In between all of this, we need to de-Christmas. I love the decorations and everything, but I've had enough. Dh likes to leave things up until Epiphany so we did. I just hope he's around enough this weekend to help get things taken down and put away.
Today I have a ton of things to do but I'm trying to take it easy and beat this cold once and for all before I go back to work Monday. Guess I can do the easy things around the house and save the desk work for the library and swim meet this weekend.
Not much going on here/. Just the usual: school for the boys, catching up on housework, still have to run to the bank and maybe the grocery store (again).
