Saturday is the last performance of the play and them things get back to a more normal pace around here. Aside from the play, potluck and after party there is not much else going on. I just got back from grocery shopping so that is done. I have a few things to make for the potluck tomorrow morning. Laundry, chores, and taxes are on the adgenga tomorrow. Sunday is church and rearranging my bead collection and to make a few gifts. It will be nice to have a Sunday with no play performance and no dance competition to rush to.

Hi all, happy weekend.  It was a pretty busy day at work. Rumors about various cuts in the special ed department, I don't know why they can't just tell us what positions are being eliminated.

Ian had a regular school day. Kayleigh had a half day, so she was home before 11:30. She did her laundry, packed, tried to nap.  I hope she'll manage to sleep on the plane.

Dropping her off at school at 6:15 for the bus to the airport. THen I have an hour to kill before book club.

Tomorrow, going to the scout breakfast at Applebees in the morning. Ian will be serving and Dh will be helping in the kitchen. After that, I am going grocery shopping while Ian and Dh go on a scout hike.

Sunday, the guys are going on a scout tour at West Point and I will have some quiet time home alone to relax, yay!

I had a busy morning.  I had something to do with DH before he left for the week.  Then I came home, did the dishes real quick and put in a load of towels to be washed, went to deposit a check, stopped for coffee, stopped at looked at a few more cars for Jordyn and then picked up the popcorn bags I ordered for her cheerleading team for this weekend's competition.  I am at work this afternoon working on getting ready for legislative hearings next week my boss has to attend on proposed bills.  Tonight I am picking up the girls, we are going home to eat and then off to the YMCA so I can have them tested to know what swim lessons to sign them up for for April and then we'll stay and swim for a bit after that.  Jordyn is working tonight then will come home and pack for this weekend's competition.

Saturday, busy morning, chiropractor appointment for all of us at 7:45, then I will go pick up the rental car.  After that, drop it off, pick up my truck and go have the inspection done.  Jordyn is working from 1-3 and then she and a teammate are following the other coaches down to San Antonio for the competition tomorrow evening.  They are all sharing a hotel room so that saved me a bit...  The little girls and I will do pizza and a movie night, actually they will, I am hoping to clean and purge their bedroom and closet while they are watching the movie. (wish me luck)

Sunday, the girls and I will menu plan and then go grocery shopping.  The rest of the day will be up in the air.  I need to do eggs to send in for Monday to Emma's school for their Easter egg math hunt on Thursday as well as get her birthday party invitations ready to mail early next week.  I need to do lots of laundry, business paperwork, laundry, and cleaning of the house.  Jordyn won't be back til later in the evening.  They compete at 5:30 on Sunday and then awards, so it may be close to 9 before she is home.  I am hoping ot color my hair this weekend, we'll see if I do it on my own Saturday night or wait til Sunday to have her help me with it.  I may be able to have her help me with it tonight, but she may very well go over to the BF's house after work since she won't see him any other time this weekend.

Have a great one!!

Good morning.  It is so wonderful to be woken up to the chirping of birds and sunshine.  I feel like Snow White!

School today.  I didn't clean the kitchen after yesterday's big dinner, so I'll need to deal with that mess.  I think it will take 3 dishwasher runs plus some hand washing:(  DH is in the city with a client this afternoon.  Tonight we'll watch the 2nd to last episode of the Ken Burns CIvil War documentary.   Zeph has loved it, but I have found it too drawn out for my taste.

Saturday DH will take Zeph to bowling and then DH has a freelance job.  Zeph and I are going to see a play that several of his friends are in.  I have no idea what it is called, but its at a church so I am thinking an Easter theme?  We'll finish the documentary in the evening.

Sunday we're seeing Fiddler on the Roof.  We're all looking forward to it.  Our area has spring break next week, andI am undecided if we are having a school week or not.

Morning.  Haven't left for work yet.  Made some breakfast for all and took care of dishes laying around.  I need to make something for Nat to eat with her meds and take my shower.  It was a smooth morning so far.  I may have found the accounting error on the account I am working on at work and will show my co-worker this morning.  Then I start on another account.  I will be picking up pizza on my way home for dinner.

Tomorrow we start getting ready for out trip to Washington DC.  Tim and I also need to make a run to the store for a bedside light and a new alarm clock.  Doing some house cleaning as well.

Sunday, who knows our plans.  I am sure there is more we can do to get ready to leave.
