Graduation weekend

Fri, 05-31-2013 - 11:00am

Well it won't let me reply to my weekend post from my phone, so I'll just start a new thread.

Sitting in a very quiet house, eating my pear pancakes with blackberry sauce, no little ones stealing my coffee cup to drink from it and its awesome!!!  Kids are at school, I am leaving shortly to pick up my brother to go get stuff to finish the home improvement projects he is helping me with, making a brisket and veggies for an early dinner tonight before we head to graduation.  Jordyn will attend project graduation afterwards and be there most of the night.

Tomorrow is swim lessons and probably a some shopping with the little girls while Jordyn sleeps.  We are going out to dinner tomorrow night to celebrate.  The rest of the weekend will just be hanging out with family before they leave Monday evening.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone!!!

Thanks Chelle!!  I am actually feeling pretty good about it all.  I may not feel so good come September when she actually leaves, but so far so good!! LOL!

Here are two pictures that came off Jordyn's camera that didn't get put on FB yet.

I saw the pics of FB. So how are YOU feeling about all this? I think I will be emotional with Matthew graduating and starting college. He won't be going away but still. It's gonna be hard on me. I was thinking about you all weekend. Kept you in my thoughts in case things were rocky for you at any time.

Happy Graduation!  You must be so proud!  She graduated, is going to college with some shcolarships, has a summer job, and has turned into one great woman!   Enjoy these days!
