Yes, its very blustery here (typical March coming in like a lion ;-) but cool, in the 50s so it doesn't feel very springlike. Today is my early day, for once the subway cooperated & I actually made it into the office at 6am so I'm leaving around 2:45 so I can take Rach to her lacrosse practice at 4:45pm. Since I'm off work tomorrow its a 3 day wkend for me *yipee*
I heard that the rest of March for us will have below normal temps so spring won't arrive until April I think here in MD.
Yes, and I am happy for it! I am such a Southern gal, I don't like even the thought of cool weather! I had forgotten that it was the Vernal Equinox until I saw your other post, with your cute graphic! It is 52 here now with a forecasted hi of 72°! WOO HOO
working at the elem school for a few hours and then going to the gym. Hannah has a soccer game today. Her friend from soccer is coming over to spend the night. Hannah doesn't have school tomorrow. :)
Well, it does seem rather spring-like today. Its above freezing and the sun is shining right now. They are saying we have to be careful of flooding now because we have so much snow if it all melts suddenly our system can't handle it.
I had a training course today and yesterday. It was "okay". Not great but some parts were okay. Met some new people which was good. Kristen is not going to her Dad's until tomorrow but she phoned me and went to a friend's house and I'll pick her up at 9:00. Its a super long weekend for us as we get Good Friday and Easter Monday as vacation days so 4 days off. Looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow. Not looking forward to catching up on all the vacation laundry. :-)
At least it's sunny out today. Kids had school (last day before break) and I had a piano lesson. I went over two pieces I'm learning for the kids musical at church. They're really neat! It's going to be fun!!!
Megan has gymnastics 'til 6. Took Evan for an allergy shot. After gymnastics we're headed to church for a Maundy Thursday soup dinner and service. That's about it for us.
Oh, I forgot. We're celebrating spring by making edible mud (chocolate pudding, cool whip, and Oreo crumbs with gummy worms sticking out! :) it's a family tradition!

Well, technically, we had our first day of spring 5 days ago, when the sun rose @ 7 am & set exactly 12 hours later!
