Tell me how it works in your tweeners school. Do you have to get straight A.'s?, a few B's, maybe you can get a C.
I'm curious how this all works. I was looking at Hannah's school web site and noticed that Hannah was on the honor roll. She got a C in Science. I'm going to call the school at some point today and ask them about it. :)

At our school to make the honor roll you must have a gpa of 3.5 or higher. To make the principals honor roll you must have a gpa of 4.0 or higher. Report cards came today and dd & ds both made the honor roll :).
This is the weight of each grade and all grades are averaged.
A+ = 4.30
A = 4.0
A- = 3.70
B+ = 3.30
B = 3.0
B- = 2.70
C+ = 2.30
C = 2.0
C- = 1.70
D+ = 1.30
D = 1.0
D- = .75
F = 0

In order to get high honors you have to have a 4.0 NOT a 3.0
In order to get on the honor roll you have to have 3.0 or better. :)
We have A honor roll. You have to have straight A's for that. We also have an A/B honor roll and no grade can be lower than a B.
Some schools do an average so if your GPA is in the B range or better you get honor roll. This would allow for an occasional C to squeak by. Personally I don't approve of this concept myself and I'm glad our school doesn't use this system.
