I like to sit on the couch and read a good book, chat on the phone, shop for myself, play on the computer, do search a words or visit a friend.
What do you do to rejuvenate yourself?

I wake up an hour or two before everyone each morning and work out (either go for a run or use the elliptical) and then I have my "quiet" time with a cup of coffee (mostly spent doing bible study or other similar things).

Other than that, my ME time is reading, taking a HOT bath, or just enjoying being outdoors alone.

I have spontaneous "Me" time- where it's unplanned it just so happens that I luck up- I like to read, browse the bookstore with a LARGE coffee, cruise the mall ALONE or veg out on front of the TV.

My planned "Me" time is every 3 mos or so (it is also built into our family budget)- where I get a weekend to do girl stuff with friends or alone. Whether it be a scrapbooking retreat, women's ministry retreat or a weeend shopping and relaxing in the wine country with friends. DH has reaped the benefits from a well rested ME...so he suggested this about 5 years ago and I happily accepted.

what little time I have (which seems to be none since I got married, go figure) I like to sit and read a book or magazine, soak in the tub, or catch up on my tv shows.

What's "me" time. I don't get much, usually a shower at night. Sometimes I get to crochet but not very much.
