How tall are your kids?

Hi to you all,

I'm wondering how tall your kids are. My son is 13 years old and very short 4'2" . It is starting to really annoy him that he's so much shorter than his friends (nevemind his younger sister). Also are there short kids in your kids classes?

My son will be 13 in October and is 5'2. He seems to be int he middle as far as friends height. I don't think he will be very tall because his biological father isn't tall. He says he's 5'9 but he isn't.

Aly is 11½, in 6th grade and is 56" (4'8") tall. She's definitely in the "shorter" half of her class...was one of the shortest in her grade at her last school.

I was always the short one, too, but I'm 5'4" now.

My mom was tall, but I don't know how tall...got it from her dad--her mom & sister were shorter than her. Mike's mom was short, but both his sisters were taller than her.

Yes, they are 18 months apart and at least once a month I am asked by strangers if they are twins.

Hi yes I guess I know what you mean lol.

There is a medical condition in the sense than ds has a large growth delay. This can be seen from his bone age which is clearly lower than his chronological age.

Are there kids really a lot smaller than your dd in her school/class?

If his bone age is a lot younger do the specialists recommend anything or is it just something that will catch up eventually.
