Well, we had a heckuva night

Matthew got sick after dinner

He literally kept getting sick all night until 6 AM

There wasn't anything in his stomach but he had the dry heaves over and over and over

I have never seen a kid get sick so many times and I felt so bad for him

Michael and I took turns dealing with it all night

Finally, when the sun was coming up, Michael gave him a phenergan suppository (No thanks!! LOL), and that put a stop to it and put him to sleep

I'm glad that for once, my husband was home when this happens

Seems he's always at work when the kids get sick

Matthew's better today, but still kind of subdued

We're TIRED today

Thank goodness these GI bugs only last like 24 hours!!

I'm praying none of the rest of us get it, but I'm not real hopeful

Sorry Matthew was so sick last night.Gabby had a stomach bug like that once.Last year she had once for three days.Hopefully no one else will get it,but that is kind of hard with stomach viruses. You are so lucky to have a Dr for a hubby.I could not even take Gab's temp rectally when she was a baby. The ear thermoter was the greastest invention,it was close enough for me.WHen Gabby gets sick like that she won't eat for days because she is so sore from throwing up so much.I will say though that Gabby always makes it to the bathroom.

Aww (((hugs))) Nicole!

I'm sorry you were feeling bad yesterday (I'm just reading these DYKs now)

I just told Michael your symptoms and he said it sounds like Sofia-itis, because sometimes I get the same way, LOL

I have turned in to such a homebody that sometimes it's an effort to get all dolled up and go out, and especially hosting parties, I get kind of anxious, even though it always goes well

Michael said maybe it's anxiety or nerves?

He was joking and says he feels that way before work every morning ;)

I hope your dinner party went really well and that you felt better

I'm wondering if the "Twilight" movie was true to the book

Was it just based on the first book?

I would want to read the book before I saw the movie I think

I'm buzzing out on caffeine, because I was up all night with Matthew

I think my heart rate is like 200 right now, LOL

I'm sorry your back hurts, Brandi

Did you do something to it?

Get your DH to do the bending and lifting for you

And maybe take some Motrin??

Hopefully you will get some sleep tonight.Gabby was up 1/2 the night last night. She has been sleeping later in the ams,so she is up too late.I did get her up at 9:30 today, since her and Dale went ice skating with one of Gab's friends. In fact the friend she took today is named Sofia.
