her books are long because of her in-depth descriptions of everything. I love it myself. Very detailed.

I'm not interested in The Host...I'm not into aliens (not that I was into vampires either), but I'm really not interested in The Host, and it's adult anyway.

But I did read all her extras for Twilight on her website, and her short story, "Hell on Earth" in Prom Nights from Hell. It's a book that came out in 2007 by 5 different YA authors including Meg Cabot. All the stories are about proms with supernatural events in them. I only read Stephenie Meyer's though.

Very interesting....I wouldn't say enjoyable--because it was hard to ENJOY, but captivating.

I'm not ready to go back either.

All ready for bed now, though.

Guess what I did today?

I broke down and gave in (Nicole, now you have to join me! LOL)

I went to Barnes & Noble with the gift certificate I had from my sister and bought "Twilight"

I've been reading it all afternoon/evening and am now about half through

It's better than I expected, I admit, LOL

I'm really bugged by the fact that Edward's a vampire though

I know it's necessary to the story, but the "stone cold marble lips" just don't do it for me ;)

You ladies have been SO BUSY!!

There are 105 DYKs for me to catch up on!

speaking of books, I didn't finish The Tales of Beedle the Bard. And I'm too tired to read right now. I really wanted to finish that before we went back. Aly finished it.

I'm not sure if I'm going to read Ghost Letters or The White Giraffe next. I also have the new Andrew Clements book on its way and I like his books, too.
