I am not very happy with them. When I went to pay she goes $168. Excuse me? I couldn't very well say no, but holy carp. I told her we wanted caramel highlights and pretty obvious so we could tell. Well she has very fine dark caramel/reddish highlights and unless she's standing in the sunlight you can't tell. In the sun they look very pretty but for $168 I want the whole freaking world to know she's got highlights. LOL Kristen is happy with them but I won't be taking her back there. I could have done them at home for $20 and they would have looked just as nice. She says they'll lighten in the sun so we'll see. But I was sitting in the restaurant looking at her and I could not tell she'd had anything done. Rather pointless. She says "subtle and age appropriate". Ummm. If I didn't want anyone to know she had highlights I wouldn't have paid nearly $200 for her to sit here for 2 hours.
Oh well, first time for everything right? Live and learn. All those adages.

Wow! Her hair looks great!!! My only hesitation in doing that to my dd is that I'm afraid her hair will turn red, not blonde. She has brown hair with strong natural red highlights, so imo a strong tendancy for her hair to tilt towards the reds.
But I love it, it looks soooo nice :).
