Matthew's got some relief.

His Dr looked more carefully at his x-ray with another Dr and they noticed some blockage with gas trapped between it. She prescribed a medicine that will help move things along and wants him to take a Gas-x every time for the pain to relieve the gas. It's all working and no major pain since after lunch.

Thank you for all your good wishes and prayers. They worked! Here we were worried about an ulcer.

Thanks for posting the good news! It is funny how we worry about these kids we don't even really know!!!!! :)

And hey--I am the queen of looking up symptoms on the internet and thinking it's the WORST. Last week when I had a very minor problem with a kidney stone -- I was convinced from stuff I read on the internet that I had gone into kidney failure!

Yes, very good news. He is feeling tons better this morning. Slept all night. Yay for me. LOL He's having some small amount of pain but more like just soreness. I am so grateful they took another look at his x-ray. If the pain hadn't increased they wouldn't have. Still doesn't explain his low temps. But I'll take this.
