I have the day off, and just got back from the dentist. Dh has the day off too so we're going to do some xmas shopping and get some lunch. I have a few other errands to run, and some cleaning to do.
Weekend was good, I had yesterday and today off. Didn't do much yesterday, took Matthew to get a haircut and played guitar hero! haha! That's about it! Have a great day everyone!
Happy Monday all, loving this time change, feeling rested for once! Got up (and it was DAYLIGHT) and worked out, checked emails, etc, then got the kids up. For some reason ds thought he would literally get an extra hour of sleep (like I was going to let him sleep in) so he woke up grumpy and hasn't quite shaken that. He also thinks that Monday should have only easy math. Ha.
We had a so-so weekend, ds was sick Friday and Saturday, so our Saturday plans to take friends to Fiesta Texas were cancelled and dd and I ended up doing some shopping at a local outdoor market and then we had friends over the for the UT game (boo hiss, it was awful).
Sunday he felt better so just the kids and I ended up going to Fiesta Texas, it was very casual, had fun.
Today is a pretty busy day, school as usual, but I'm running around getting organized for a field trip day tomorrow, leaving early and driving a few hours, need to pack lunches, make some cookies to share, plan tomorrow's dinner, etc. Dd has guitar and her bible study tonight. I'm trying a new soup recipe in the crockpot along with some bread, it smells really good. Need to work this afternoon at some point, still waiting to hear if I have only one patient or a few, lots of driving if I have a few but can't get to them until later in the week so I'm hoping it works out for today.
Yay, something to distract me a little while longer so I can drink my coffee before I start cleaning house!
Busy weekend as always.
Morning---busy busy Monday for us.
I forgot that Carys has her first Daisy meeting after school so I have to run and pick up a smock for and take it to school.

That's our day, basic but busy day.
Good afternoon!
It's been a pretty good day, except I've had a headache all day that I can't quite shake!
Work/school day.
