Has anyone seen this show on Nickelodeon? I was watching a commercial about it. So far my girls haven't said anything about it which makes me happy. They don't really watch Nick anymore. They are disney fans. I was just curious as to if anyone watched this show and what they thought?

No and we either mute the volume or change the channel everytime the commercials come on. They have got to be the most annoying thing in the world in my opinion. Luckily Jordyn agrees. The only time she watched Nick anymore is to watch Fairly Odd Parents and Ned's Declassified.

We don't get Nick up here. Sounds weird just from the title. LOL Mind you, I remember when someone protested when the Bare Naked Ladies showed up for a concert because they didn't want any nudity in our city. LOL

I haven't seen the commercial but watched the video preview on the nick website. My 9 year old likes to watch Drake and Josh, Ned's declassified, and whatever that one is that seems to me a bit like the old "Romeo"-I can't think of the characters name now.

Anyway NBB appears to be about a band (musical) that is filled with kids about ages 6-9. At least two of them are brothers. THey came up with the idea around preschool ago,or something, while in the bathtub (i.e. Naked Brothers).

I will let my Ds watch it if he wants. Just looks like a typical Nick. show to me.

Sorry, can't say that I have heard of this particular show, YET!
I have 2 boys, one being 11 and the other 9. Which by the way love
to watch Nick showes, as well as the disney channel. I will look out
for the show you asked of. If I do come across this show, I'll reply
a posting! (Not much tv time -with all the homework that comes home!)

Ok.. so Nick has been hyping this ALL month. And the song was cute. Even though the name bothered me a little, I thought we'd give it a chance and I'd watch it with them.

Hell No
This should NOT be on Nick. Nick really should've warned parents about this, as it is NOT kid appropriate.

In the first half hour.

They've talked about how HOT the actresses are.

Talked about seeing boobies

Called little girl, Rosalina - Boobalina.

Had a gay male couple talking about their wedding ceremony. (ETA: the issue with this is, not all parents of young kids are ready to discuss this with their kids yet)

Talking about how if they get mad with each other, they punch each other, or throw books at each other.

Now, I know these are things kids will see eventually, and that they will ask questions about it. But, come on NICK! This just isn't something I anticipated from a movie being promoted all day, during kid shows.

thumbs down..

Gosh, this is just lovely..
Here is a youtube video promoting it

any other parents as appalled as I am?

Oh, I am soooooo with you. I turned it off after they made a reference to incest, they said a different word but the one kids said "eewwww, thats your stepsister" or something like that. I would love to e-mail Nick to let them know that this is soooo not appropriate. My kids have been looking forward to this move all month and this is what we get?! I don't think so.

We had it on for a few minutes to see what it was all about. Both my kids (10 and 12) thought it was stupid. Hannah said, "what is the point of this?".

Supposedly it's about a band which is started by two brothers.
