DYK Thread for October

**For those uncertain to what a DYK thread is......**

DYK stands for Did You Know or Do You Know

It is simply a chit chat thread where every thought is written in sentences and each sentences starts with the initials DYK---it is fun, entertaining and a great way to meet the board members

Below are some fun DYK blinkies--feel free to snag any if you like:

thanks Tracy. Lets just say im really shocked and hurt. I dont know what to do. I remember doing things at her age and all but I had no clue to expect what I got yesterday. It really goes to show you how well you know your kids. and I guess I dont.

I've decided to boycott sports after Jordyn and not allow the little ones to be in any. ;-)

I figure by then DH will be a little more active with things, especially since i see Emma being more a tomboy and doing a team sport, so I can see him wanting to be more involved with things.

im sure things will work out. I think cheerleading is a big sport. And i really congratulate Jordyn for sticking to it. I certainly hope that jackie does.

DYK glad DH is able to help you out w/the pep rally & practices perhaps. Since my DH got his new position he's been going in to work early, meaning I get morning dropoff w/Jamie's beforecare. Its a little further out of my way but the traffic has increased horribly due to construction

DYK my mom's last day of chemo/radiation is Nov 3 so she's 1/2 way done. She has to get a CT scan assessment after her last session to see if she's making progress.

I like to think that if Gabby did a more "sporty" sport Dale would take her more often, but I doubt it.I do see why he does not want to be too involved in all of the dance stuff. Her dance teacher isn't the most organized and it is all dance moms for the most part so I get that.Plus I am the one who is home so I don't mind too much.Dale does make an effort to attend all of Gabby's performances though.
