We don't have Chuckie-Cheese here in Canada (well, not where I live) so I can't say. But another option might be a swimming party. My DD has done that. She had it at a wave pool and they got one hour in the pool (2 free adult admissions for every kid who came so parents can stay with the little ones) and they had a party room after with pizza, cake and games hosted by a facilitator. The kids loved it. Also good for all ages. Many regular swimming pools do the same thing so if you have family there you could ask them to look into it for you, or do some on-line searches.
We've also done parties at museums. Our agriculture museum did a great party where they all go to go around and touch the animals and paint a flower pot. Its hard when your age groups are so wide, but I'm sure Chuckie Cheese would be okay, although maybe someone who's actually been to one could comment. LOL
I'm jealous you are in Greece. I was there for a week about 8 years ago.
When I think Chuck E Cheese I think younger kids. The last party my ds went to there he was four years old.
I would be more inclinded to do a bowling party (duckpin bowling is best for such a large age group IMO).

Yeah I agree, Chuckie Cheese is geared more toward the younger kids!

I think it is really up to the child.
