DYK Thread for December
**For those uncertain to what a DYK thread is......**
DYK stands for Did You Know or Do You Know
It is simply a chit chat thread where every thought is written in sentences and each sentences starts with the initials DYK---it is fun, entertaining and a great way to meet the board members
Below are some fun DYK blinkies--feel free to snag any if you like:

How's your school year going? How are you liking your position?
The one who has that position at our school is HATING it...even though she's perfect for it. I feel bad for her because she hates it so much.
Well, I didn't have to cook after all
Michael brought home Chinese food take-out
Of course, he had a hard time chewing it because his face is half numb
This one place has the best sweet and sour shrimp
Yummy!
Matthew picks all his vegetables out
The only thing he'll eat is the rice
SAD is Seasonal Affective Disorder
I added my blinkie, LOL ;)
In essence, it's The Winter Blues
I don't get it as bad as some people, but I hate the Winter and the cold and darkness
It makes me feel pretty down
Michael keeps wanting to put me on antidepressants every year, but so far I've made it without them
Some years are worse than others
I should move to Florida, LOL
Thanks for asking! :)
He LOVED his Christmas present, LOL
I had him open them with some champagne after the kids were in bed on Christmas Eve
It made it very romantic
I won't share what followed next ;)
I gave him some other little stuff too, but the pictures were the big hit
He was totally touched and complimentary, and it made me feel good
Thanks SO MUCH for the idea (I'm sure he'd thank you too if he could, LOL)
I'm sorry you've been feeling bad, Alysha
Do you want me to ask my husband?
I won't tell him who's asking, LOL
But I can understand if you'd rather I not
Yes, he LOVED it Sandy
I just told Christi about it, LOL
I'm sorry about your knee
What are they going to do with that?
I'm not entirely sure what an ACL or meniscus is, but I've heard of it with sports injuries
I hope it's not too painful
When is your surgery?
Will you be off your feet for a long time?
