DYK Thread for December

**For those uncertain to what a DYK thread is......**

DYK stands for Did You Know or Do You Know

It is simply a chit chat thread where every thought is written in sentences and each sentences starts with the initials DYK---it is fun, entertaining and a great way to meet the board members

Below are some fun DYK blinkies--feel free to snag any if you like:

I have managed to get my purse obsession under control.

It used to drive dh nuts!

He, however, has a MAJOR shoe obsession.

I don't even want to try to guess how many shoes he has.

He has some racks in the garage, and that is where he keeps most of his shoes.

He has at least 10 pairs of running shoes.

I have to say, though, he gets good deals.

He has gotten a lot of them brand new off of ebay.

Really expensive shoes at really good prices.

edited because I can't spell today :)

DYK

We actually bought it at the apple store. It is reconditioned. That is the big money saver. We went with it though because they still come with a full year warrenty and all the reviews that we read online were great--if they came from Apple direct.

DYK yup, that's the only thing she said she wanted, a cell that had a pullout keyboard. She told us not to bother to get her anything else lol. She came home yesterday to say another of her friends got a new cell, the LG Vu.....we just said oh, did she? nice ;-)

DYK DH's iPhone is also his Xmas gift from me....he's been talking about getting one but probably would wait a while longer...also he tends to be cheap when buying for himself so I got him the 16GB model which was $299 (about comparable price wise to

DYK I didn't realize the 16G iPod touch was so close in price to the iPhone....now that I know they're so close in price I personally would opt for the iPhone if u can afford the cell service but I bet Alexis is thrilled w/it!!

LOL that is SO FUNNY about your DH's shoe obsession!!

Michael could absolutely care less about clothes, shoes, etc.

I have picked out almost his entire wardrobe, with the exception of the scrubs and white physician's coats he gets from work, LOL

He asks me almost every night when he picks out his clothes for the following day: "Hey Sofie, does this match?" And half the time it doesn't!

He wears whatever I tell him to. . . It's pretty cool!

He looks great, though, but it's only because of me (OK his good genetics help too ;) )

I have to drag him out to buy shoes

He does have a lot of shoes and sneakers, but it's only because I drag him shopping with me at times and make a point to force him to try them on

I keep tabs on everyone's wardrobe here in this house

I'm the Wardrobe Police ;)
