**For those uncertain to what a DYK thread is......**
DYK stands for Did You Know or Do You Know
It is simply a chit chat thread where every thought is written in sentences and each sentences starts with the initials DYK---it is fun, entertaining and a great way to meet the board members
Below are some fun DYK blinkies--feel free to snag any if you like:

I don't think our middle school does either.
I think it's 60's/70's day that day though, for Red Ribbon Week.
Abby's not sure about the schedule past Tuesday, but my guess is that out of cap day and 60's/70's day, the last one will be on Halloween.

Laura, did Gabby like High School Musical 3?
I have yet to figure out when we will go see it.
She said she did.She really isn't a huge High School Musical fan,bu her Bf's older sister and her friend wanted to see so Gab and her friend went too.Gab is not a big Zac Eeafon fan. However she does like musicials
Abby hasn't even asked about going to see it, so I don't think she is really into it this time.
I was thinking about going tomorrow, but they are both getting on my nerves and getting in trouble, so we aren't doing anything fun.
What did she do for her favorite book character? Aly had to do that in 2nd grade and chose to do Stellaluna the bat, one of my favorite costumes ever!
Abby's characters over the years were:
Hermione from Harry Potter (she had a sweater vest and plaid skirt that looked like their uniforms, and I made her a cape),
Nancy Drew (she took a book and a magnifying glass),
a princess (can't remember the book, it was a girl that didn't know if she was a princess or not so she wore regular clothes with a crown),
and Violet from Lemony Snicket (can't remember the exact costume, but she wore regular clothes, a black skirt with something I think).
This year Zoe is going to be a witch from the book "Who Wants a Dragon?"
I bet the bat was cute!
edited to add: those were out of order, Violet was 3rd grade and the princess was 5th, can't remember 4th!

Having a sleepover with 5 ten year old boys is almost as bad as girls!
