I think I missed your post saying she was ill. I'm glad she's on the mend. Salmonella can be very easy to spread and it's not likely to be your fault. I bet it was very scary for you all.

Glad you got some answers.They are also looking at suff other han tomatos now too.However,I doubt it is anything Emma would eat.Scary the stuff they can get through food.

Oh my gosh!!! I am so glad you took her in to have her checked out, and so glad they got to the bottom of it. Here's hoping she feels 100% better soon!!!

Glad you found out & got some answers as to why Em wasn't feeling herself......here's to a rapid recovery. I read recently that a lot of salmonella type germs reside in kitchen sponges & are easily spread thru use of the sponges & that disposable paper towels are a better option.


So despite my older one's protests of being environmentally friendly I am considering more use of paper towels since its a safety/health issue. The study I saw also said the bathroom is probably more germ free than the average kitchen lol/
