It is an herbal medication for moodiness, PMS type symptoms, depression, etc.....


Nancy(nancymc) has used it forever and suggest it to me!

Not sure how I missed this question but I have a few things I would like to change about my parenting style.


First I'd like to stop over compensating for what I didn't have as a child, in all areas. I tend to buy my kids anything they want. I'm sometimes a pushover when it comes to setting boundaries and limits and I tend to go nuts sometimes mostly due to hormones. I've been really working on a lot of that since I read the book Family First by Dr Phil. I got a much better understanding of why I'm parenting the way I do and it's all things I knew but wasn't ready to own. Anyway, I'm working on changing the above things and it's a constant battle within. Sometimes when I repeat the old patterns of yelling, binge buying or whatever, I think to myself that I shouldn't be doing that activity but I get caught up in the moment and can't stop. It's like an addiction. LOL!


Second, I'd like to spend more time with my kids, and really make

You and I must be twins or something. The list in my head was exactly the same as yours. It sure helps to know that there's someone out there going through the same thing. Hang in there and if I find a magic potion, I'll be sure to share.

Oh please do and I will do the same. I wish there was a pill I could take that would change all of that or at least make me relax & make the changes myself.
