We just got hope from Keystone a couple of hours ago, it was a nice trip.
Yes Ang, I did get the window fixed and then the one time I put it down, it popped off the track again.

So took Kristen to see Mamma Mia this afternoon. First adventure, I plan to park under the theatre and the parking lot is full 1/2 hour before show time. ARRGGHHH!!! So we eventually get through the traffic (theatre right in the heart of the city), park in the congress centre across the canal. I could have thrown a rock and hit the theatre but of course there is that pesky canal between us and the theatre. So we run across the road, up two flights of stairs to the bridge (its now 15 min. before show time) hike across the bridge and back down to the theatre. Okay, I can't breathe at this point, Kristen and I are sharing a pair of mittens because we assumed we'd park inside and not have to walk in -11 weather. LOL Brutal, but we made it in time.
Anyway, it was such a good show. The music really takes me back. I was telling Kristen when I was her age my friend Marilyn and I would dress up and go in their camper trailer and lip synch to Abba. She had this bright blue eye shadow we used to wear and we would argue over who got to the be the blonde (the more popular) and the brunette. Because she was naturally blonde she always got to be the blonde. Damn. LOL The show was funny and the singing was really good. Kristen was laughing alot and really liked it. She wants to download some of the songs. So if you want to take a trip back in time and your my age its the perfect show.
I can also tell I'm PMSing because the part where the single mother is singing about her daughter growing up and getting married got me all choked up. Sigh. If you get a chance and can afford it I say go for it. Not for very little kids but about age 9 and up. They may not get some of the adult humor or situations and there is some slight swearing but they'll enjoy the singing and dancing.
So after its over we scurry back over the bridge and decided to eat at the mall there since it was the heart of rush hour and to warm up. So we had a bite to eat them hit the road. I know in future if you want to park inside on a weekday you have to be there veerrrrryyy early.
Hi everyone!
