Good morning! I have a few things going on today, I have a meeting at 10 that could possibly last about 2 hours, then I was hoping to run an errand at lunch. We'll see how things go. I have a bunch to do tonight at home, laundry, cleaning, etc. Jordyn's first real day off of break is today, I do need to text her a list of a few small chores, but other than that, she's planning on sitting on the couch watching TV all day. LOL!

Tracy - I hope Jordyn gets to spend the day on the couch watching tv. She's a busy kid who deserves a break. :).

Lazy day here. Megan is at camp and Evan is still sleeping. I'm waking him up at 10:30 if he's not up yet. He needs to do one or two things before swim practice at 12:00. I need to give the house a once over. It's getting a little roughy around the edges. People have been dumping things when they walk in or wherever they finish with them and it's getting cluttered. I think I'll tackle the upstairs bathroom today. It needs to be deep cleaned and reorganized.

Dh is supposed to get the rest of his paycheck today and I'm hoping my grandfather sends us the check to pay us back for the presents that came from him soon. If those things happened, life would be fabulous.

Ami, yes, she does deserve a break. Though I think she's getting sick, which is typical, as soon as she slows down long enough her immune system crashes. Just about every holiday break she ends up sick for part of it. She was in bed before me last night and blowing her nose like there was no tomorrow.

Hope she's not getting sick! If it's the beginning of a cold, Zicam does wonders!

Hi all. I'm really enjoying my time off, and for those of you who are also off this week, I hope you're having a fun and relaxing time.

Ian and I made a big breakfast this morning. Kayleigh is at a 4H training most of the day and is expecting two friends for dinner.

We all went swimming with the dolphins today. It was just amazing! We had lunch at an open air restaurant that apparently has it's own resident chicken that goes from table to table begging for food : ). We spent some time sightseeing in Georgetown. I have never seen so many banks and so many high end jewelry shops. dinner with the whole family on the beach. I tried a mudslide for the first time tonight :). Now doing some laundry and relaxing with DH.

Zicam is wonderful and echinacea tea also does wonders for a cold.
