I know she's never coming back to Texas. She has never liked it since we moved here, and I am fine with that. But I always figured she'd end up back in Michigan, or possibly Chicago, someplace closer to that since most of our family is up there and she likes the up north colder weather. Oregon is just such a completely different area, but you are right, if she is happy and its where she finds a job after college and everything, that's the important thing.

Tracy- I'm not expecting Kristen to come back here either if she stays at Lynchburg all 4 years.

4 AP tests this year at $87 a pop. The state kicked in $50 per test last year, so I only had to pay $37 last year, it was definitely a shock to pay $350 for this year. So glad she's only taking maximum of 3 next year, in fact she may only be taking 2.

Yes, she's looking into U of Oregon now, they have the top rated team in the new collegiate team of acrobatics and tumbling: www.thencata.com and they offer athletic scholarships. Her cheer coach has been in touch with their coach and they are working on a submission video. So we'll see what happens. They have her major and it's a good school. My boss says if she goes to college there, don't expect her to come back, it's gorgeous up there. :0(

Ya, Jordyn reminded me I needed to write out the check for the rest of the AP testing fees tonight ($296). And I know in 2 weeks at the cheer booster club meeting they will want the first check of the $825 for cheer for next year. Oh, and I about had a heart attack when I looked on University of Oregon's website today to see what tuition, books, room & board and other odd fees totaled per year. God help me if she really wants to go there and we don't find some sort of scholarship money!!

I am tired of the school asking for money for SOMETHING every other month.

Slightly more motivated today than earlier this week but I'm still dragging. I have so much to do, I don't even know where to start. All of the errands I was supposed to do yesterday got nixed because I had a sick kid at home. I can't wait until next week to do most of them so now I have to fit them in tomorrow afternoon. Not sure exactly how that's going to work but I'll figure it out I guess.

Evan is doing better today but not 100%. That stinks because the poor kid has 3 tests today. He was supposed to have one today and two tomorrow but he's going on a field trip tomorrow and the quarter ends tomorrow. Next week is spring break so the teachers wanted to get everything done before they left.

This afternoon I'm going to the Science Expo at Megan's school. It should be fun. Her project tested the affect of sports drinks on heart rate. The kids always come up with something creative. I love this stuff. Megan didn't want me to come but I talked her into it. I had to promise not to stay too long and not to say anything embarrassing. LOL!

Dinner tonight is anybody's guess. I'm about of eat out and frozen options (and budget) and it's supposed to be date night for dh and I so that means just the kids need something.

I need to get some laundry done so Megan and I have clothes to pack for the weekend (going to my parents - me for a baby shower and Megan for a riding lesson) and the boys have clothes to wear while we're gone. Evan doesn't need much because he'll be at a water polo tournament all day Saturday (shorts, t-shirt, and suit) but he will need something acceptable for Confirmation Class on Sunday. Hey, I think I just wrote my weekend post. :)

Have a great day everyone.
