Good morning ladies, its Thursday, how are you today?
Good morning ladies. Been a busy morning already. I got up and got the kids out the door and into work. I have a few projects to work on today, no other real plans. We got the computer back from the accountant, so invoicing needs to be done and some other stuff needs to be caught up on. The girls are looking forward to a nice quiet night at home, we are all tired. Dinner tonight is either leftovers or the chicken sausage stuffed zucchini boats I didn't get around to making on Monday.
Have a great one!
I am off instead stead of tomorrow since my coworker has a doctor appointment and this way the front office isn't close completely. Will be open for a bit tomorrow. I got the kids off and took Matthew to school. We have a rainy day and its grocery shopping day so I am a bit damp. Picked up a new microwave for our office and we are going to split the cost of it. We are also keeping it in our little reception area so it's just her and I and it will stay clean and sanitary. The break room one was ick. That one quick working yesterday too. LOL today Tim is picking me up for lunch and the. At 2pm my kitties have a vet appointment. Lily has tapeworms, discovered yesterday and Sara needs her rabies shot. If I get done on time I will pick the girls up after school. I might run this microwave into work and the. Take Matthew to his comic book store I promised I'd do earlier this week. I don't know about dinner, I have a pork roast that I need to put in the crock pot but I am not in the mood right now to get it started. But I probably will.
I met a friend this morning for a walk with our dogs. We took the long way on the trail-which I've only done on my bike- and it felt long! My beagle is sure to be exhausted with his little legs. I was in 3/4 length sleeves, I didn't need a jacket which was great! Sunny with a light breeze and in the 50s. It was nice to catch up with her. I came home to find that DH and Zeph had finally woke up! That need for extra sleep in the teen years must be kicking in for DS. Zeph is working on math now, but while I was gone he got much accomplsihed on his Civil War carbine box replica. He's hoping to actually use it for Nerf darts. It's a lot of sewing by hand and I hope it hold us up to actual play.
Beef stroganoff is in the crockpot. Last night DH wanted to use his birthday coupon at Mongolian BBQ. They surprised us with a big free sundae too. DH and Zeph are planning a bike ride after lunch. This afternoon I'll work on laundry and ironing. I have some reading to do for Lit Group. I'm pre-reading some books to help narrow down selections for next year.
Hi everyone. It was a really busy day at work. Ian had a regular school day and Kayleigh had school, then a GSA meeting and the late buses left early, stranding some students so after work and the bank, I had to go and get her. But she redeemed herself by finding my cellphone. I was panicking over not knowing how I could have lost it in such a small window of time.
Dh went to my sister's today to help my BIL cut up some wood and is supposed to stop on the way home to get Ian some batteries for his engineering competition tomorrow.
Dh might be going to a meeting tonight, not sure. I don't know what's for dinner, I had been thinking it would be leftover night but I don't really have enough. I could make pancakes but I don't feel like eating those either. bleh.
Going to just relax tonight, watch tv, maybe have a glass or two of wine. Have a great evening!
