It's been a quiet day.  We all watched an episidoe of Warehouse 13 and then DH went out and picked up Chinese food.  Zeph had a taste for egg drop soup and steamed rice.  DH said the roads were okay, but lots of standing water to the sides of the roads even where there are no ponds.

We had several Words by Post games going on between the 3 of us.  Zeph was happy to use his iTouch for fun.  We password protected it (he doesn't have it) and took off internet acceess, and all his games.  He's only been using it for school ( Latin and dictionary aps, plus the schedule ) and music.   All it took was once facetiming and game playing  after electronic curfew. It's been a couple of months so we will see if he can be responsible  if we remove the password, but games aren't coming back for a while still.

Got to go let the dogs out, I hear their bell.  How ridiculous is it that I come running when they ring...

Ok day at work, lots of prep for state testing in a few weeks. My frustration level with DS is through the roof right now. He was supposed to drop off an order form and check for his sister today was the deadline.  Guess what he forgot, but it  serves her right because he did the same thing with her order for her theatre sweatshirt, and she didn't get that cause the order had gone in. All She had to do was walk across the street and drop it off at the boys school, both schools had open campus today. Maybe that will teach her a lesson. Ordered the corsage for Senior Ball next week. Dinner is tamales, tonite is paperwork and laundry, maybe watch Glee.

Hi everyone. It was a pretty tame day at work for me, and tomorrow, no students, it's a conference day for us. My kids will be off.  Ian had a regular school day and has had practically no homework this week due to state testing. Kayleigh had a regular school day and then GSA.

I'm making stuffed peppers (with last night's left over chili) and salad for dinner.  Later, I have some paperwork and stuff to do, and hopefully turn in early since I need to leave earlier than usual in the morning

We found another dress and I went and purchased yesterday on my lunch hour. I cancelled the other dress order once I made sure she approved of the second dress and am waiting for them to process my refund...

Zeph is sick, hacking productive cough and oozey sinuses, so he has today off of school.  I called the doctor to get him checked out, only to find out that the doctor's office was closing early and schools are closed due to flooding in our area.  Between Zeph sleeping poorly and the Frodo shaking most of the night, I didn't fall into a deep sleep unitl this morning.

We are all up now.  Zeph took a math test and happily got an 88.  That's all the school for him today.  Though  I'm sure he'll study for the history bee and probably some reading for literature and his history.  Maybe it's not a day off.  Right now he's on the couch with a cup of peppermint tea watching Raiders of the Lost Ark.  The doctor will see him tomorrow.   This is his first time being sick all school year!

Good morning.  Rainy day here.  I need to run out at lunch and pick up a few things for Emma's party.  The prom dress situation is solved so I can concentrate on the party now.  A few projects at work.  Tonight, some laundry and after the kids go to bed I will be finishing up goodie bags and doing cake pops and decorations.  Not sure about dinner yet.

Have a great day!

Morning.  This is my Friday at work.  Love working 4 days a week!  Anyway, our morning was a tad different.  I got up early and ran to the store and picked up some breakfast sandwiches and grabbed a bit of cash for Natalie to buy some things at the book fair.  Katie can't decide which book she wants so decided to not get either.  Silly girl.  Both just cost too much.  Everyone got off alright.  I left early to pick up my biweekly Starbucks treat.  Arrived 15 minutes early to work but that is fine.  My co-worker is sick today and I am the only one here to leave the office open.  I am giving a faculty evaluation to some students in about 20 minutes.  Love doing these cause I get to interact with the students and I love this age group.  They are funny and have so many idea!  LOL  Tim and I are going to have lunch together for the first time since I started working.  Not sure how this will work.  He is driving close to me since we feel he has more leeway and with me only have 5 hours a day my lunch should not be more then an hour at the most.  I have 3 OT hours so if we do go over a tad it is fine.  Afterschool Natalie is wanting to go Justin Bieber shirt shopping.  Lord help me!  *eye roll*  Not sure about that.  BUt they will be doing homework and chores.  Dinner I am planning leftovers.
