Good morning ladies, its Thursday, how is everyone?
Your dinner sounds good. We are having chicken schnitzel with onion/garlic gravy, rice and sauteed veggies.
Today I took the day off and went to visit my disabled sister, who is receiving end of life hospice care in her group home. It was a sad visit but I enjoyed meeting her "family" there. It was difficult to see her suffering.
Ian had a regular school day and then Dh took him for a haircut. Kayleigh had school, then GSA, then her volunteer class at the art center. I can't wait for her to get home, the owner of the gelato place that she interviewed at yesterday left her a message, I'm hoping he is going to offer her a job!
Dh received some interest from a company that wants to interview him next week. Unfortunately, they are in NJ and if he gets this job he will probably have a commute of 2 hours each way but after 2 years of being unemployed, we are at the beggars can't be choosers stage.
Later, hoping to unwind with a glass of wine.

We had a temper tantrum free morning, let's see if tomorrow goes as well... Traffic was horrible and the weather is gloomy, but oh well. I have a few small projects to work on. Possibly errands at lunch, but we'll see how the weather is. Tonight, paperwork for DH, laundry and a few other things. Dinner is hot roast beef sandwiches.
Have a good one.
