Good morning, rough start to the morning and I was late to work. Hopefully we'll get into a better routine very soon. The kids are exhausted in the mornings, but I am having the worst time getting them down to bed at night.

I have a few projects to work on this morning. Then I am leaving at noon for the final appointment to put my permanent crown on, then to get the kids and off to the chiropractor. Tonight Jordyn has to help with the Varsity football dinner and then she'll be home for dinner after that. I do need to stop and pick up milk and something for dinner somewhere in there, preferably without 2 little munchkins.

Morning all! Everyone is off for their first full day of school and things went off without a hitch. I'm giving myself a brief break before I hit the ground running. Want to do many of the things I've been putting off because the kids were underfoot. Headed to the post office, grocery store, etc. At lunch time I'm working the desk at church. Don't expect the kids home until around 4 so I've got a good chunk of the afternoon to myself. Better than last year when I had to pick up Evan at 2:45.

Haven't decided on dinner or after school snack yet. Maybe something will come to me at the grocery store. We have lots of leftovers that I would like to get rid of. Guess we'll have those tomorrow night. Just doesn't seem right to have leftovers on the first day of school.

Oh, I should get in some piano practicing today too. Lessons start again next week.

Kelly its so nice to "see" you!! I am sorry about your mom! I don't know much about CHF, so I am not going to ask probably what are dumb questions about it. I'd love a PM if and when you have time for one! I am glad that Sam was finally diagnosed correctly, and it sounds like homeschooling for 1 more year is probably the best option.

I am so glad to hear Nathan is off to high school, and looking forward to it!! And Nichole, I bet she's estactic to get the year started. What kind of classes is she taking? Has she decided on colleges to apply to yet??

Nothing exciting here. The usual work and school. No activities tonight. No idea what we're having for dinner!
