I had my free chick-fil-a breakfast yesterday morning!!

Not a lot going on today. I have one small deadline that will go out the door later today, and possibly an errand or two at lunch. I need some more coffee at home, so I need to decide if I want to go get the K-cups or what. Jordyn's been complaining there's no decaf for her to drink at night when she's studying... I also need to call the Y and see if htey are doing a parents night out tomorrow night that i can drop the little girls off at. I cannot for the life of me find a babysitter for tomorrow evening. Its parents night at the football game and all the players, varsity cheerleaders, etc. get escorted across the field by a parent. The coach said I could bring the little girls out onto the field with me (which we all know they would LOVE), but I'd really rather not try that... I realized this morning that the Y does that thing on Friday nights, so I am hoping I can arrange it. Madison doesn't realy like being at it since she is still in the baby area, and I suppose if I really need to, I can bring her to the football game, but I'd rather not...

Lots of laundry to do tonight, and hopefully some cleaning up. Crossing my fingers the electrical for the fireplace gets finished up tonight.

When Jordyn did the little cheer camp over the summer, was it through school or where she works?

The varsity girls at our school hold a cheer camp for K-3 (or something like that) over the summer.

It was a fundraiser for the school cheer team, its one of those money makers they do for one week of the summer, its $50 or $75 per child, 9-3 M-Th and the cheerleaders take shifts doing stuff with the girls, teaching them cheers and stuff. I have to admit, its not that well organized or run, Jordyn was itching to take over and organize it all, she said 1/2 the "popular" girls would be out in the hallway yacking and not helping out and stuff and the coach didn't really supervise very well. But its something they do every year, and usually they'll do a one day one also later in the year when the school has a day off, and the teachers have an inservice day, so its mostly teacher's kids that tend to do that one instead of having to find a babysitter for the day.

It is always really cute when little girls do it. I told Jordyn I was going to send Emma to it next year, she wasn't thrilled with the idea.

But, the gym that Jordyn works at does do summer camps like that also, but its a little more expensive...

Okay, so an hour after I called and scheduled my 1 free childcare slot for a Friday night for hte month of September for tomorrow night, my old sitter texted and said she could watch the kids. Good and bad. Good because I love her to death, and Madison would be much happier over there with her and I can stay and watch part of the football game and watch Jordyn cheer as I don't have a set time I have to pick them up by. Bad, because Emma would really be happier and have more fun at the Y childcare program, and the Y program ends at 8, which means I wouldn't be able to stay and watch any of the game. I'd leave one at each place, but then I'd still have to leave to go get Emma, and they really do like being together at places that aren't home or daycare... So, I'll call tomorrow morning and cancel the Y reservation. I don't intend on using it very often, but it is a nice back up to have just in case, and I'll have to see if I cancel for tomorrow night, if I can still have one later in September in case I need it. woohoo if you understood and followed all of that... ;0)

My parents live in WI and have a Pappa Murphy's in town. It's GOOD STUFF! My favorite is the veggie followed by the chicken with white sauce. Okay, now I'm hungry!
