Good Morning! Yes I am up early. My MIL arrives today so I am putting the finishing touches on my house before work. A family from our church gifted us with a stovetop percolator they brought back Italy. I've seen them here in the states

My weather is the same as your mochamomof3. Today is BUSY again. Piano lesson this morning, a few errands before the weather hits, and dh, the dog and I are having an office Christmas party (he works from home). Have a little baking to do and some wrapping.

Tonight we have suspended all normal activities tonight (read no swim practice) and are going to dinner and family night at church. We'll come home and put the finishing touches on the teacher's gifts for tomorrow and call it an evening.

Happy Day everyone!!

Good morning!

We still haven't gotten Sherina's Christmas presents yet, so I'm really feeling frazzled right now--just decided to hide it.

Thanks to Kelly (mom2emsopmax) for my beautiful siggy! Photobucket

Adrianne, I TOTALLY feel you. My DH is ordinarily the same way. The only reason why we aren't having issues this year is because of the deal my kids came to prior to Christmas. He is normally a Scrooge. I have come to ignore him. His parents were not into Christmas at all. His mom was/is very cheap and she used to buy her kids the DUMBEST gifts ever. She used to make them feel bad for wanting gifts (That isn't what Christmas is about etc) and expecting gifts. It has taken me almost 14 years to get him into decorating and such. This is the FIRST year that he has taken the initiative to help with decorating. He has brought the "other side" of Christmas to our home (giving and really reflecting on the real meaning) but I've had to spoon feed him the Christmas spirit. =)

I said all that to say..I feel you and I sympathize with you.

Morning my wonderful friends whom I have missed, LOL!

So sorry to have literally gone MIA this week--it is final week for me and I think my professor has gone off the deep end---I have due this week the following:

2 Power Point Presentations
2 6-8 page papers
2 reports
1 Annotated Bibliography

and the normal Discussion questions and participation.

So needless to say, my butt is imprinted on my chair and I am a bit burnt out with little time for anything besides school work.

THen let's put the topper on it and it is the last week of school--holiday week-so parties, and tons of running errands--I am just exhausted and there are not enough hours in a day.

Add to that a 12 week old puppy who thinks the world should revolve around him and I should give him all of my attention, LOL.

Anyway---today is a bit of a down day--I have to run some errands for some last minute things to finish the week, then I am back to my butt imprinted chair to work on school work!

Love you guys and the kids are done Friday--I am done Monday so I will have 2 weeks off and will be here regularly!
