Thursday Soapbox

Do you live at my house? You are not alone!! We have the same issues here! And they often include dh which makes it worse. Evan is away at my parents this week and next & I finally broke down and mucked out his room. I couldn't take it any more. I think we're going to have a heart to heart along with some new consequences when he returns. I will not have any part of my house full of garbage, old food, and stinky clothes. I am also not a personal snooze alarm. His alarm clock was broken so we'll get a new one and he will start using it the Monday before school begins.

Thank you for voicing everything that's been frustrating me this week. I was beginning to feel I was being unreasonable (at least that's how my family was making me feel).
