Good Luck with the move!! I hate moving too. We have lived in our house for 6 years waiting for the opportunity to buy. The owner was in a nursing home and her daughter couldn't sell it. Although we wanted to buy it the seller has been very hard to work with, refusing to do the thigns the seller is supposed to do so we have been doing them. We would have really liked to tell her keep the house, but not wanting to actually move has been our focus. We are "supposed" to be able to close next week.
