Good morning ladies, how are you today?
Hi all. We got about 4 inches of snow last night. Two hour delay. I hate those delays, they throw off my whole day, but thank goodness it was not a snow day - bad enough we've lost Mon-Wed of spring break, to have lost Thurs too would have stunk
Kayleigh had a follow up appt at the dentist this morning, then she's staying for something or other after school
Ian is making us quesadillas for dinner. He and Dh are going to scouts tonight. I was thinking I'd go to the board of ed meeting and see what they are saying about how many positions are being cut for next year, but I really don't feel like going out

What a morning. I woke the girls and both had a rough night. Katie ended up with really bad cramps last night and I could tell today they were still bothering her but not as horrible as last night. She went to school with the permission to tweet me if she needed to. Natalie apparently woke up feeling awful at about 3:30 this morning but instead of waking me she woke Katie who already had a tough night. *sigh* She had a fever this morning so I tucked her back into bed to sleep the day away. Left her with my work number and permission to tweet me if she needed me. Tim ran home at lunch to check on her. With all this ams getting Natalie settled with a phone, meds and water before I left I wanted some coffee, caffine! But didn't have time to stop cause I was running late to work so stopped and grabbed a Sunkist at the local gas station on my way in. I was 10 minutes late to work because of all this, OH! Forgot, Katie missed her bus so I had to run her to school which put my morning behind even more. I dived right into my work trying to find an error in an account. My new phone was installed, I have a phone on my desk. YAY! My own number. That is a first for me. I've neer had a job like this, I always had jobs where I had to share a phone or clocking in and out. This is so great. Something to get use to. I am skipping lunch so I can leave early and get home to Natalie. Tonight we have a meeting up at the high school for Matthew's graduating class about class choices and picking that right ones.
Dinner is going to be simple sloppy joe pockets and veggies. I think we are going to all have an early bed time tonight too.
Good moring. The sun is out today which is a nice break from the gray and dreary days we've been having. Regular day -school and housework. This afternoon we'll color eggs. Tonight DH and DS might go to an astronomy club meeting. They're torn on the topic- could be interesting could be dry.
While I totally get that meeting rooms are at a premium at work, its really hard to concentrate on analyzing legislative bills when people are holding telephone conferences in their cubicles and have the speaker phone on and 3 individuals talking along with the people on the phone.
Unfortunately the day has not started off well on my end as it is, I am tired and having a hard time concentrating on what needs to get done. DH and Jordyn had to take the rental car back this morning, so for the time being until we get a settlement negotiated with the insurance company, she'll be driving his truck and I am sure complaining the entire time. I have errands to run at lunch time. I didn't get anything out for dinner, so I need to think on that one, Madison asked for strawberry pancakes last night after I had already started the zucchini pie, so maybe I'll indulge her and pick up more strawberries while at lunch and do that. I can't wait to get the strawberry plants going and sprouting strawberries so I don't have to keep running to the store for them. Between Jordyn using them for smoothies and the kids eating them, we are always out of them!!
Paperwork and laundry tonight... Hoping to be in bed by 10, I am exhausted already this week.
