1) Have you started decorating your home yet?

2) Do you decorate inside and out?

3) Is it a family affair or a one woman (or man) show?

4) Do you have a color scheme or theme?

5) Do you have/or will you have a big tree or a small tree?

) Have you started decorating your home yet? We put up the tree. That's about all I'm going to do. I find most xmas decos cheesy. At least the stuff I can afford. I bought indoor icicle lights to put up, but they aren't working so I'm just going to skip it.

2) Do you decorate inside and out? Inside only. Its too cold outside to do anything and uh, I wouldn't anyway.

3) Is it a family affair or a one woman (or man) show? Family. Kurt did most of the tree. Katie just told him where to put everything. lol

4) Do you have a color scheme or theme? My tree has brown and gold balls and gingermen on it. I also bought a little xmas tree made out of bark and berries to put on the table.

5) Do you have/or will you have a big tree or a small tree? its just a fake tree. its pretty big...at least compared to the tiny IKEA tree I used to have. Maybe its 6 feet.

This makes me sound like I'm not into Christmas. I am! I just suck at decorating. lol

When I was about 13 my Mom accidentally threw out the bag with all the tree decos that my siblings and I had made. She still talks about it every year and tears up about it.

The school parish allows you to put up Christmas trees in your room?

No way that would happen here either... for 4 years in a row my son listened to the same mom talk about Eid but there is no way I'd be allowed to say anything about Christmas. I'm glad he had a chance to learn about it. :) He came home and taught me. I just resent not being able to share my family's holiday. I think kids of other religions should learn that Christmas is not really presents, Santa, Rudolph, candy canes, and Christmas trees. *** stepping down off soapbox now***
