Do you see the glass half-full or half-empty?

For those of us who see the glass half-empty, give us some pointers. :)

I prefer to think of myself as a realist with a hint of cyncil. So the glass is neither half empty not half full, but just in the middle and likely someone will drink it before I get to it. LOL

When I start to think negatively thought I try to remind myself that NOTHING stays the same. This works great when you think "this is awful, its never going to get better". Try to think of one thing in your life that is exactly the same as it was 5 years ago, or even 5 months ago. Even if you've never moved from your house its not EXACLTLY the same. Maybe you changed the color, rearranged the furniture, planted a tree. So everything changes to some degree

it depends on how badly i want what is in the glass.

Half empty or half full?

Either way there's room for another splash of vodka and that usually helps with the problem anyway!

Just kidding!

I like to think that I usually see the glass as half-full, but truth is, it just depends on my mood and the situation because I can be a negative person at times.

Denise.......... i love the vodka thing...Your right

I prefer to say it would be half full.
There is always room for more.
There is always time for less.
You can always figure out something instead of just giving up.
Think a minute and then keep going do not give up.

That's me too. I tend to think the sky is falling. Thank goodness I have my DH. He sees everything through rose colored glasses. He sees the good in everyone and everything.
