I don't actually want Mario to win but I would like to see him in the finals with Kristi and Christian, that would be my fantasy for the final three.

Okay, I typed this message and the computer closed Explorer. Grrr. Trying again.

This is where you want me to reveal my secret vices huh? LOL I bought the book Mercenaries by Angela Knight. I had heard about this author and wow. Ummm. Its a new genre called "romantica". Erotica combined with romance. I am not normally a romance kind of girl, not since my late teens early twenties but this is definitely not something you leave laying around for the kiddies to see. Some very explicit sex scenes strung with a loose story and they live happily ever after at the end. An easy read though (unless you are going back to reread passages - ahem). But not sure the one I bought was worth the money. She has others I refer to as dragon porn, set in the time of dragons, fairies, elves, magic, that kind of thing and it had way more plot but still hot scenes.

The other book I bought is by Tanya Huff and is called The Quarters Chronicles. Not sure I like it yet. Its fantasy and I bought a series of her other books that are fantasy/mystery set in present day Canada (she's Canadian) and I fell in love with the series (hopefully a 4th coming). I actually read them again right after I finished them which is weird for me. So I'm trying some of her other stuff but not sure its working for me. I'm more of a mystery/detective kind of girl.

If you like paranormal mysteries I highly recommend her Smoke and ... series. As the books go on you get to know the characters better and things start to come together. Kind of different with a young gay street kid who has an affair with a vampire who gets him off the streets and cleaned up and he breaks away and gets into the film business and finds out he's a wizard and has lots of paranormal adventures, still friends with the vampire. Wacky set-up but it is written in a really snarky funny manner and Kristen gave me the evil eye on the plane a few times for snorting out loud at some of the dialogue.

I was a little surprised Mario went home, I was hoping Marissa would.
